**You can join, but this is the place where mainly Goober and I roleplay our characters from The Survivors.**



There was a time...
When everything was peaceful....
No wars, no battles, nothing.
Just ordinary, boring people. Until, one day, a comet hit the earth. It killed everyone. So they thought. Except for a group of teenagers. Instead, they had powers. Powers that could only be discussed to each other -- the survivers.

Will you be a survivor?

Emma looked down at Mira, trying to settle her. She had woken her up at 8 o'clock on a Saturday morning. "Oh, Mira," she scolded and opened her backyard door, letting the tiger run around before she called her back. Lukily, she had a fence so the tiger could run around without escaping. In her backyard, she had a small forest where Mira usually brought back fish from the stream or other small animals. "You silly tiger!" She said, her eyes gleaming with amusement as the free-spirited tiger bounded off in all directions.

Brooke yawned as she got up, Topaz sitting on her head, holding her favorite bear. She picked up the month old capuchin monkey and craddled her. "Let's get you a bottle," She got up and made a bottle for Topaz, who grabbed it greedily, dropping her bear. Brooke picked it up and set it on the couch, placing Topaz in the fern by the door.

((Are they neighbors, or friends, or something...?))

Mira raced along the fence in the backyard before disappearing into the woods. Moments later, the now full Mira came back with a deer hanging from her mouth. "Mira!" Emma laughed, beckoning the tiger to her. She had always had a connection with Mira -- as if they were destined to be friends. So, Emma sat on the strong tiger and pat her fur. "Go on, Mira!" She said softly. "Run!" Mira set off in a full run, charging around the large backyard, jumping into the pond that led from the river in the woods, and having fun. When Emma noticed Mira began to tire, she slipped off the tiger and brought her into her gazebo.

{Neighbors/Friends}

Brooke Lynn got ready and walked out into her backyard, Topaz following. She screeched and sat on the top of the fence.

((Kk.))

Mira set off in a full run, looking at the screen door. Emma laughed and after opening it, she raced through the house and over to the front door. Emma, with a quizical face opened it again. Mira once again flew out of the house and over to the fence. Emma didn't know why, but after she looked over the corner, she knew why. Topaz was sitting on the fence nearby Brooke. "Oh, hey, Brooke!" Emma waved. She looked down at Kira and pulled her away. "Sorry if she scared Topaz, she's but quite wild lately."

"Hey Em! Don't worry, Topaz is a tough one." She laugh and sat on the top of the fence, Topaz sitting on her head. Brooke's neighbor on the other side, Troy, came out and walked over to Brooke and Em.

"Hey," He said calmly his blue eyes showing in the sun, also setting off his golden tan.

"Hey Troy." Brooke said and scooted off the fence.

Troy lifted her off and set her on the ground.

{Troy=HAWT!!! A year older than Brooke and Em}

Emma looked up in shock at Troy. What was he doing here so early in the morning. "Oh, hey, Troy!" She pet Mira. "Well, I'd better get back," She pointed her thumb at her house. She pursed her lips and continued, "I'm sure Mira's getting bored. I'll be right back." She led Mikra back into the house, thinking that Troy and Brooke needed some alone time.

When she returned, she had her hands behind her back, looking around, not knowing what to say.

"Hey Em," He nodded, and smiled his heart melting smile.
Brooke smiled and laughed at Troy.
He wrapped his arm around her waist and smiled down at her.
Topaz screeched and sat on Troy's shoulder.
"Topaz, you silly girl." Troy laughed and picked her up.

Emma smiled at Topaz and turned to Troy. "Oh, hi!" She looked around for Mira and realized she had put her away in the house. ((Sorry for the short post.))

Topaz hopped over the fence and landed on Emma's shoe. She screeched and grabbed her pants leg, eventually getting to her head. She sat on it and screeched louder.
"I feel the need for the beach, who wants to go?"

Troy tightned his grasp and smiled. He pointed to the sky and the clouds moved away, showing a bright sun.
Brooke laughed and set her head on his chest.

((lol! I was gonna ask if they were bf/gf, but I didn't wanna be too blunt.))

Emma felt out of place, but didn't let any of her show it. After all, it did seem like the two were meant for each other. Maybe Emma would put in a word with Brooke. Brooke and Troy seemed destined. Although, Emma felt out of place, after all, she was the only one without that "special" friend.

Emma turned over and saw Jordin. "Oh, hey, Jordin!" She beckoned him over. "Come on over here, join our chat!" She felt bad when he was alone, so she decided that it was better for all of them to be included.

Emma turned at the others. "Uhh, hang on a sec!" After all -- they all did have powers. She wasn't so sure about Troy, though. But, if Jordin was brave enough to show them in person, why shouldn't she. She just didn't want to be teased by some passerbyers. She knew Brooke or Troy wouldn't laugh at her. So, using her wings, she flew up to the tree Jordin was in, and crossing her arms in a friendly way and said, "Why don't you like to hang out with other people?" Mira was at Emma's heels, looking up at Adean and Jordin.

Jordna leasned back slightly and shrugged :"never have gotten used to it i guewss"he muttered

Adean looekd at her and smield

Demon licked her leg slightly and put hsi ehad down

((Who did Demon lick? Emma or Mira? I'll just say it's Mira, and if it wasn't ignore Mira's part.))

Emma blinked in confusion. "Well, why not?" She shrugged. "I never realized that. But you're fine talking to just one person at a time," she pointed out.

Mira looked over to Demon and slightly smiled. ((Should they have talking abilities...?))

"Oh," Emma said, defeated. "Well, you're still our friend, right?" She handed her hand out. "Come on, give 'em a chance! If you don't want, you don't have to," she paused, knowing what his answer would be.

Mira looked at Emma to make sure her master was okay before looking back at Demon. Not knowing what else to do, she smiled again.

Jordna sighed "alright i'll go over there"he said standign up int he tree

Demon stood and so did Adean

Emma took back her hand--his answer taking her aback--knowing that he was capable of flying down on his own. She flew down to the ground and making sure her wings weren't visible, she slowly walked back, making sure Jordin wouldn't try to run away. "Sorry, guys. I thought Jordin would want to come."

Mira followed closely after Emma, making sure she wouldn't leave her side.
