"Yeah, they are!" Emma didn't care what Brooke or Troy thought. Jordin was very kind and nice friend, possibly even a smidge more than a friend. She swam over to Jordin and gave him a quick hug, then backed off, embarrassed.

(lol)Jordna was wide eyed for a secon then it quickly dissaperaed hiding the happy prt he just smield slightly "and what was that for?'he asdked

Emma shrugged, "For the pearl! They're basically priceless! Did you want a 'thanks'?" She smiled. "If you don't, then I take that hug back!" She continued to smile and stuck the pearl deep in to her pocket, making sure nothing would let her loose it.

"how in the heck can you take a hug back?'he asked slightly confused but laughed also

Emma shrugged, "I don't know..." She paused. "But, hey, really. If we could transform into animals and fly I think it's pretty possible to take a hug back, don't you think?"

"oh yea tie an imaginary rope aroudn the hug and pull it back "he teatsed laiughing

"That just might work!" Emma thought for a moment, trying to be serous but a smile still snaked across her face. "I guess it is impossible." She shrugged, "Well, the damage is done!"

"you mean the posion has been delt"he laughed swimming towards shore with a smile

Emma shrugged, laughing. "Sure, that goes, too!" She wasn't sure if she wanted to stay in the water or go after Jordin, but since she felt like she was following him all day, Emma let him have his free space.

'Are you coming?'he aske looking back at her with a curiosu stare

Emma stepped out of the water after making sure she still had the pearl. "Well, I guesso!" She laughed and sat down on the ground.

Jordna sat down next to her and smiled fully this time "so hows lfie been so far?'he asked

"Great!" Emma said enthusiastically, leaning back alittle. If they were at the beach, she did need a tan, right?

"trying to get a tsan?'he asked being playful

"You're good," Emma laughed, straightening up. "Well, practically no chance there!" She crossed her arms and laid down all the way back, looking at the feathery clouds.

"clud cover gives better tans"he said leing bakc also with a small smile

"Really?" Emma asked. "Well that's good." She rolled on her back, her knees curved si her feet were in the air. "You're pretty smart, you know."

"did i look dumb to you?'he asked jokingly lookign at her by turnign his head

"No, not at all!" Emma said quickly. "I never really thought anything of that type at all, really." She shrugged. "I don't know."

Emma fumbled around with the pearl in her pocket and looked back over to Jordin. "What's up? Was that a content sigh, or upset or aggrivated sigh?"

"Content why?'he asked

"Just wondering." Emma turne dover again to look at the clouds and the sun again. "Hey, thanks for the pearl again."
